Will Hamilton

William Hamilton has over 20 years of experience in equity research and portfolio management. Prior to joining Kestrel in 2025, Will was a Partner at Manatuck Hill Partners, a small-cap focused hedge fund based in Westport, CT, for 10 years. Previously, he was an analyst at Granite Point Capital, a small-cap focused hedge fund based in Boston, MA, for five years. Prior to Granite Point, Mr. Hamilton worked on the sell-side as an equity analyst at Sanders Morris Harris. He started his career at Pershing in the equity research department. Will received his B.A. from Duke University and is a CFA Charterholder. He lives in Westport with his wife and two boys.
